13th July 2010 starting at Rhayader Clock Tower at 7:30pm.

2009
The Rhayader Carnival Annual Hill Race was held on Tuesday 14th
July 2009 at 7:30pm, organised by the Rhayader Carnival and the
Lamb and Flag. There was a storm with heavy rain an hour before
the race. This did not dampon the spirits of over 100 competitors
of all ages and abilities and the race was again a very successful
part of Rhayder carnival week. A big thank you to the Lamb and Flag
and all marshalls and we look forward to seeing everybody back for
next years event.
